Covid-19 Update

Whilst the UK is on lockdown during the Covid-19 / Coronavirus pandemic all deliveries have been suspended due to logistical & manufacturing issues. Any orders placed will be dispatched once production resumes. We cannot provide a definite timeline on when normal service will resume and we will continue to follow the guidelines set by the UK government. Please stay home & stay safe during this time and thank you for shopping with AFTV.


Delivery costs are additional to the displayed price and vary depending on the country of delivery and the quantity/weight of goods ordered. If you are ordering from outside the UK you will be given an overseas delivery charge once you reach the checkout page. Both UK and/or overseas delivery charges will be confirmed to you, before your order is accepted.

If your order is particularly heavy it may be subject extra delivery charges. If any order is subject to extra delivery charges you will be advised of the additional cost before your order is dispatched. You have the option to cancel the order if you do not wish to pay any additional delivery costs.

Please note we are currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Items are custom made to order and will therefore be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Delivery time may then take a further 2-5 days. We always aim to dispatch all goods as quickly as possible. The maximum UK delivery lead time for goods is 30 days unless specifically agreed with you.

We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been shipped.

If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period.

Delivery charges cannot be refunded unless the product is deemed faulty.

Delivery of pre-order items

If you pre-order goods with a launch date, then we will reserve your goods and hold the whole order until the day before the launch date. The pre-ordered goods will be dispatched the day before the launch date if delivery is within the UK.

If you are ordering from Outer UK Mainland our Customer Service Team will contact you before your order is confirmed to seek your acceptance of any delivery charges that will apply. You may accept the delivery charges or cancel your order at the time of being contacted by our Customer Service Team.

Split delivery

We may split delivery of your order into several parts based on stock availability. You will not be charged extra for this facility.

Delivery of Personalised Goods

Personalised goods are non returnable (please note that this does not affect your statutory rights).

Embroidered products – We will embroider both boots in the most appropriate position so as to not affect the boot’s structure or performance in accordance with manufacturer’s guidelines. This may vary from the images on the website depending on the size and style of boot. Please ensure that any spelling or numbers chosen are correct and that the size of boot is correct as any mistakes cannot be rectified once your order is placed. As with any personalised products once a boot has been embroidered it is none returnable and will take an additional 24 hours processing time after you have received your dispatch confirmation email.
