Returns, Exchanges & Refunds


All our garments are printed on demand so please take extra care when placing your order as it is not possible for us to amend orders before they ship.

Therefore, please make sure you do the following:

1. Choose the correct item, size and colour.
NB: If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to our size guides.

2. Provide correct contact details (email and / or phone) so that you receive an order confirmation and shipping notification.
NB: If you have provided a correct email address but still don't receive an order confirmation or shipping notification, please check your junk mail.

3. Provide us with a full and accurate shipping address to avoid risk of goods being lost in transit or returned to us.

      Naturally, we understand that mistakes can be made or you may change your mind so we do offer a Returns service (see RETURNS PROCEDURE below). In such cases, the customer is responsible for returning the goods to us if they want a refund or to exchange for another item. If a mistake has been made at our end (e.g. a wrong or faulty item has been sent) or if an order is lost in transit, we will of course resend the goods at our own cost or offer a full refund. See Terms & Conditions below.

      Our advice
      If you realise you have made a mistake with your order or you wish to change your mind, we advise the quickest way to resolve the matter is to place another order for the correct item(s) and then return the unwanted goods when they arrive for a refund. Please follow the procedure below when returning items to us.


      To arrange a return please complete the CONTACT US form (access via the blue button in the bottom right hand corner of any page on this website) within 7 days of delivery.

      In order to help us locate your order on our system and resolve your issue more quickly, please make sure you provide us with your full name, email address and order reference along with a brief message.

      Please refrain from contacting us via social media platforms. Due to the volume of posts in which we are tagged on social media, there is a real chance we could miss your correspondence. Furthermore, you may also be divulging private information.

      When returning items to us, please include your name and order reference number and address the parcel as follows:

      Because we can’t be held liable for any loss or damage to items being returned to us, we strongly recommend that you send your parcel with tracking and email us with your proof of postage. This will also help us to process your exchange or refund more quickly.



      Naturally, if we have made a mistake or if goods are faulty, we will offer to replace items at our own cost or issue a full refund for the goods and the shipping, regardless of whether you are in the UK or overseas.

      All we ask is that you please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Simply complete the CONTACT US form (access via the button in the bottom right hand corner of any page on this website) and we will advise on procedure. Please do not return the goods unless we arrange this with you.



      Regrettably, unless we have made an error, we can only offer an exchange or a refund on orders delivered within the UK.

      Regardless of your location, if we have made an error with your order or if you have received faulty items, we will offer a full refund or replace the incorrect / faulty item(s) at our own cost. In such cases, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will advise on procedure.

      When requesting an exchange or a refund for an item that you have mistakenly ordered (e.g. clothing is too small, too large, etc) you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, before returning the goods at your own cost.

      At our discretion, we only offer refunds on the value of the items and not the original shipping.

      To qualify for an exchange or refund, items must be returned to us in a reselling condition (i.e. unwashed, unworn, unaltered, labels intact, etc.) and must reach us at the above address within 21 days after receiving your delivery.

      We are not liable for any loss or damage to goods that are returned to us so, if this occurs, it will invalidate your eligibility to an exchange or refund.

      Items marked as Final Sale do not apply for any exchanges or returns.

      Unless agreed otherwise, returns can only be refunded or exchanged if received at the address provided above.
